  • Housekeeping & interiors: Schedule orchestration, specialty surface care (stone, plaster, exotic woods, metals), upholstery and rug programs, window and façade cleaning.
  • Vendor & staff oversight: Selection, vetting, scheduling, and performance management for vendors and household staff; consolidated invoicing.
  • Security & privacy: Access control, visitor logs, camera and perimeter systems coordination, and NDA management.
  • Compliance & risk: Permits, inspections, warranties, seismic and fire-life-safety readiness, coastal/environmental considerations, and insurance documentation.
